Hey Saratoga, here’s something to look forward to during the 2013 presidential inauguration — blue bottles. And when I say blue bottles, I mean the blue bottles, the ones that say Saratoga right across the front.

On Friday, U.S. Senator Charles Schumer — chairman of the inaugural ceremonies — toured the Saratoga Spring Water Company’s bottling factory with COO Adam Madkour. Unsurprisingly, Madkour is excited for the sales that this exposure will likely shed upon the company, telling reporters,

We are very hopeful the exposure will give us a significant bump in sales when people see the blue bottle. They realize the history of the company and they decide to order an American water when they go out to eat or special occasions.
